Sextante forgets last used directory

Description

It would be good if all dialogs would remember last used dir for vectors, rasters, etc.

Feature added
Now it remembers last otput dir.
If it is the first time, it defaults to global output folder

In my case it does not:

- open a module (e.g., SAGA slope)
- select an output file for first output>default dir>change to another dir
- select an output file for second output>default dir

Fixed now. It uses now QSettings, so last used dir is kept between sessions
