Description
QGIS/Sextante looks for external R packages in C:/User/R but more recent versions of R install them in c/User/Documents/R.
Since this behaviour cant be changed, I suggest that warning about this is included in the user's guide.
Users should be told that if they want to use more recent versions of R in QGIS they should copy the folder where external packages are stored to the place where qgis looks for them.

I think a warning about the location of external R packages should be added.

- Priority changed from Normal to High
Sorry for insisting, but for Windows that are running R > 2.11 this is showstopper.

I no longer use Windows. Can anyone test if this is still an issue? If so, it should be a Blocker.

IMO this is not blocker, because currently SEXTANTE can be used only with QGIS 2.0 which is not released. Manual for QGIS 2.0 is
updated now, so it is very easy to add desired note to it.
