GRASS integration: help button not working

Description

When clicking on the "Show help" button of a GRASS command, I get a blank window. The command itself executes successfully.

Not really helpful feedback. I found the reason why the help button was not working for me: the GRASS help folder was not set. A message like "You have to set the GRASS help folder in SEXTANTE options and configuration" if the GRASS help folder is not set would be helpful. OTOH, since SEXTANTE finds grass64, it could also automatically get the path to the GRASS help folder which is $GISBASE/docs/html.

On Windows 7 SEXTANTE automatically finds Grass, Grass help folder and Grass Msys.

It would be great if that would also be the case for Linux and Mac.
