Description
Add a getMedia method to allow the web application to safely access media files (images, documents) stored in folders relative to the qgis project file.
This way, it won't be necessary to manually copy/paste documents in the some of the web directories (lizmap/www/)
- pictures in pop up if an attribute stores the relative path
- links for each layers
- logos for header, etc.
