Description
If one choose the option ok keeping the window open after execution, the progress bar continues to move, and it is not clear to the user that he has to press Cancel

can you tell me which algorithm you are using? I have run a couple of them, and the bar resets to zero and stops. I guess you mean the bar oscillates, right?

Agreed, progress bar bouncing does not happen always (perhaps when the Help tab is selected). But at the end of the analysis having to click on Cancel is confusing to the user.

I confirm: bouncing depends on the Help tab being selected.

does not happens on Windows on latest master, still true on Linux?
