Description

For some module, a long description cannot be read; better wrap the description over more lines. Alternatively, the full description can be shown on mouseover

Added tooltips instead, since wrapping seems to be a bit complicated to implement

Please implement tooltips also for major categories: now I read "GRASS commands [154 geoalgo...]

Should be fixed in commit:32ca04062e. Also tooltips added to modeler algorithm list
