This page documents the internal management of the QGIS Website overseen by the community assistant (website, blog, and forum team lead). It is intended as an introduction for new community team members or for people who just generally want to understand the QGIS community process.
The work to update, review, recruit new volunteers and extend the official QGIS website is managed by the community assistant (website, blog and forum team lead) and spread between people who each have a specific area of resposibility. A current list of contributing people is available at the Project Organigram.
