This plugin automate the delineation of watershed and channel networks with the fewest and simplest steps possible out there.

You just need 3 things: 1. Upload a DEM; 2. Define an Extent; 3. Pinpoint an outlet (pour point).

You may need to play around with minimum slope and Threshold if you want.

Notice: This 3.0 version of Watershed Generator works with SAGA Next Generation installed on QGIS. If you have SAGA provider (and not SAGA Next Generation), please use the Watershed Generator 2.0.
