Chalkboard fill as a background and a chalk line style in this package. The fill can be applied to an inverted polygon layer, that don't need to contain any data, so a temporary scratch layer is fine. Low resolution textures are used for the background as well as the line, and the textures are embedded in the style (hence the low resolution). Textures are generated using filters in Inkscape and Gimp.
